Bodrum

Yesterday, I went to Bodrum with my dad and a friend of his. There are not that many tourists around the place now, and being blonde is kind of a dead giveaway, so of course people would give me weird looks and try to sell me things *lol*
I played with my camera and took way too many pictures of stray dogs, but I can't help it, they are so cute! Here is one of them =)

We also found a boat that didn't seem to be doing so well. It sort of reminded me of a boat that was lying in one of the harbours in Bergen for basically the entire time I lived there. I would see it every day on my way to work and then back. They only had it removed about a month before I left. This one wasn't quite as old, ugly and broken as that one though...=)

After running around in Bodrum, I spent some time in a shopping center trying to buy at least some clothes to bring to Japan. Managed to find quite a lot, so I was happy =)

Oh, and I made cookies too, after running around in the food shop looking for rolled oats for I don't know how long (but I found some!). Thank you Ivy for the recipe for your yummy cookies!

  1. Are those THE banana-oatmeal-chocolate-chip-cookies? Yummy...

Christin made them this Sunday and we ate them with Chiara, Elsa, HÃ¥vard and Michi. Well, we didn't eat all of them, of course, as we had 100+. The colleagues didn't mind having a cookie break at work, though... ;-)

  2. Yes, THE cookies ^^ I love those cookies so much! My parents are now wild for them as well, so I might have to make another batch. I only made half the recipe, so I wasn't even near 100 cookies. Do you still have some left? I mean, normally you don't finish 100 cookies that quickly, but damn, with these ones anything is possible!

  3. Yes, wee have some left... but not many!
And they still taste good after a few days. A bit tougher, but very yummy.
